Questions teams ask
What counts as an editor?
Anyone with the editor, admin or owner role in a workspace. Viewers can read and filter everything, and are free in every plan.
How are seats billed?
Each editor, admin or owner is one seat. Adding a seat is prorated and removing one is credited. On monthly billing that rides your next invoice; on yearly billing it is charged or credited right away. Viewers are never billed.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrades apply immediately. Switching between Team and Business, or monthly and yearly, and cancelling happen in the billing portal and take effect at the next billing date.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing gives two months free. Non-profits, public bodies and educators can write to us for a reduced rate.
What happens to AI generations I do not use?
They do not roll over. Team and Business quotas reset on the first of the month; the Free plan’s three generations are a one-time allowance. Admins can turn AI features off entirely.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Business trial, no card needed.
