Where your data lives.

Application and database run on Hetzner in Germany and Finland. Exports and uploads sit in EU object storage. We do not put tracking scripts in the product.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest. TLS everywhere; encrypted volumes and backups.
  • Data processing agreement. Part of our terms, no signature needed.

Who can see what.

Four roles per workspace. Share links carry a hashed secret and can require a password and expire on a date. Every link creation is in the audit log.

Nothing is locked in.

Vector PDF and high-resolution PNG of any map, CSV of the portfolio, and a full export of the workspace on request. Deleting a workspace deletes its data.

Questions teams ask

Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Not yet. We are a small team and will pursue certification when customers need it for procurement. Until then, our trust center describes exactly what we do.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
No. Transcripts sent to the research hub are processed through the Anthropic API and are not used for training.
Can I get a DPA?
Yes. Our data processing agreement is part of the terms and applies to every workspace. If your procurement needs a signed copy, print it and send it to hello@journima.com.
