Journima exists because journey maps deserve better than a slide deck, and the tools that replaced the slide deck forgot about the people who sit in the workshop.
The name is journey plus anima: the soul of the journey. The tagline is where journeys take shape, because shaping is the point. A map is not a deliverable. It is the place a team goes to argue well.
What we believe
Most journey maps die within a month of being made. They are built in a workshop, exported to a slide, shown once, and never updated, because updating them is painful and nobody owns the file. We think the fix is not another template. It is an editor that is genuinely pleasant to keep open: one that saves while you talk, moves what you drag, and never makes you wait.
We also believe that maps should carry their evidence. A pain point with three interview quotes behind it is an argument. A pain point with none is an opinion. Journima keeps the two visibly different.
How we work
- Craft over breadth. We ship fewer features and make them behave.
- People decide. AI proposes insights; a person accepts them. Nothing reaches a map without review.
- Europe by default. Servers in Germany and Finland, a DPA built into the terms, no tracking in the product.
- Honest pages. You will not find invented logos or testimonials on this site. When we have them, they will be real.
