Journima went into production at the start of August with the first invited teams. Here is what arrived during the month.
Templates
Nine starters: basic and detailed customer journeys, B2B buyer journey, e-commerce purchase, employee onboarding, patient journey, service blueprint, support and complaints, and day in the life. Any map can now be saved as a template for the workspace.
Research hub
Paste or upload transcripts, review proposed insights, attach accepted ones as evidence. We wrote about how the review step works and why it is not optional.
Metrics from Google Sheets
Bind a metric to a sheet range and it refreshes once a day, before the European working day starts. The last sync time shows on each tile, so nobody has to ask whether the number is current.
Portfolio: two-by-two chart
Plot items by any two scores. Bubble size shows how much evidence is attached. CSV export is there for the roadmap team.
Share links with a password and an expiry
Public viewer links can now require a password and stop working on a date you choose. Link creation lands in the audit log.
Smaller things
Version history keeps the last fifty snapshots per map. Filtered cards now dim instead of hiding. Keyboard navigation got a full pass; press ? in the editor for the list.
Next
A planning lane that links portfolio items to Linear and Jira. If that matters to your team, say so and it moves up.
